Which SpaceJump models can I choose online?
The booking app currently lists Astro 8ft, 10ft, 12ft, 14ft, 15ft and 16ft. If your trampoline is an older SpaceJump model or you are unsure of its size, contact Trampman with a photo before booking.
Can I book SpaceJump assembly, disassembly or relocation?
Yes. These three services are available for Astro models in the online booking flow. Enter the service location, or both locations for a move, to check the quote and available appointments.
Can you fit my SpaceJump accessories during assembly?
Compatible customer-supplied accessories can usually be fitted during the same visit. Include the Astro model and the accessories you have so the extra work can be checked before the appointment.
What should I check before moving a second-hand SpaceJump trampoline?
Check that the frame, springs, mat, safety pads and enclosure are present and in usable condition. Tell Trampman about missing or damaged parts and access restrictions before the move.
